Knauf Shaftwall Metals

Knauf shaftwall metals are specially applied in Knauf shaftwall system, including:
- Knauf C-H-shape vertical metal
Galvanized lightweight steel metal, used to constitute vertical structure of shaftwall system
- Knauf J-shape edge-extending metal
Galvanized lightweight steel metal, used to constitute peripheral frame and the bent wing edge is used to support plasterboard
- Knauf U-shape long-wing metal
The wing edge is 70mm in height, used to form top displacement to accommodate possible displacement of floor slab
 

Applicable scope:
Used in lift shaft and equipment pipe well in residential, office, commercial and industrial buildings.

- High galvanization content for rust prevention treatment and adoption of high-quality continuous hot galvanizing steel strip as raw material make the double-sided galvanization content far exceed international standard high-class product by 120g/m2.
- Manufactured on modern imported production line, high size accuracy, and geometrical size designed according to application features of shaftwall system.
- The H-shape design of CH-shape metal section offers convenience for installing Knauf core board and U-shape design of J-shape metal rearward face offers convenience for bending so as to fix Knauf core board without affecting strength.
- Convenient for construction of shaftwall system; the construction can be carried out from one side indoor, requiring no erection of scaffold or installation of safety maintaining structure; it can be installed in any layer.
